Responsibilities

Assemble and ship kits to enrolled patients
Execute timely shipment of kits
Assist with tablet management and configuration
Assist with the device shipment, return and reuse process
Assist with MDM management for patient accounts
Manage inventory and shipment process
Assist with licenses related to Kits including tablets, MDM and more
Support vendor relationships and procurement of kit and office supplies
Ensure a smooth delivery process for patients
Counting materials in stock
Maintain and update inventory records
Effective communicator and business partner
Support process improvements in partnership with Patient Experience and Product teams for quality assurance
Assist Engineering team with device policies, accessibility, and product updates
Assist with IT support for Patient Experience Coordinators
Timely problem solving, escalation and troubleshooting is essential

What we’re looking for

We are seeking a Fulfillment Operations Specialist to help support our Enrollment Operations team and product enablement platform. In this role, you will create patient facing kits, partner with engineering to activate technology for our kits, handle onboarding logistics, partner with our Clinical and Operations teams to answer patient questions, and more! You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to help a fulfillment operation scale!
