The Role

We are looking for a Manager of People Activation and Enablement (PAE) in EMEA to lead during an exciting time of growth and expansion at Netskope! This role understands and interprets HR policies and programs to provide exceptional service on a variety of tasks while ensuring the application and delivery of services is both globally consistent and locally relevant. You also play a significant role in global compliance initiatives, including but not limited to records retention, work authorizations, and our growing workforce in support of SOX compliance.

This is a highly dynamic role that requires you to quickly jump from your creative to analytical brain while maintaining poise and accountability. You will report to the Director, People Activation and Enablement and collaborate cross functionally and proactively with key stakeholders to ensure the highest levels of customer service, and overall systems and operational efficiency.  

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a small team of Specialists within EMEA who support the full candidate to employee lifecycle
• Be a key team-building leader and project manager that the team looks to for mentorship on a range of personal and professional challenges
• Serve as a strategic partner to the EMEA HR Business Partner team and develop strong, proactive, and collaborative working relationships across the organization
• Identifies opportunities to improve global processes, procedures, programs, and services with appropriate regional and country localizations that enhance the ability to manage workflows under the Global People Experience umbrella
• Partners with Program Manager to lead or co-leads optimization projects
• Manages sensitive issues requiring Tier 1 level escalation; Proactively engages other partners to inform decisions.
• Assists in developing deliverables and monitoring status, including document creation, presentation preparation, logistical support, and HR intranet site management
• Supports the analysis of People Activation and Enablement services and transactional data to identify ways to improve effectiveness and optimize for efficiency
• Assists with training new and existing members of the team in support of a global shared services model
• Participates as Global People Experience Operations representative on relevant programs and initiatives
• Keeps current on relevant Global People Experience policies, systems, and procedures

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong planning, execution, coordination, and organizational skills; proficient at independently prioritizing and multi-tasking to achieve results
• Workday user (data entry, data integrity, auditing, and reporting) and highly skilled with other systems including Jira (inquiry management system), slack, G-Suite of applications and zoom.
• Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret, and explain HR policies, programs, and processes while ensuring their application is both globally consistent and locally relevant
• Customer oriented service experience with demonstrated track record of collegiality
• Ability to access and utilize data across multiple tools and systems in a timely manner
• Excellent oral and written communications skills requiring diplomacy, discretion, and good judgement
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with employee requests and issues
• Highly collaborative and interpersonally effective; able to interact with individuals from varied backgrounds, communication styles, and positions internally and externally
• Makes sound and timely decisions based on span of responsibility
• Demonstrating, or capable of becoming, a subject matter expert in one or more HR system and/or tool used by Netskope
• Ability to train and mentor others to use HR systems or tools
• Detail orientation and dedication to accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant work experience
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant HR or TA experience; at least 2 years as a people manager
• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
