Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant HR or TA experience; at least 2 years as a people manager
  • Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship
Responsibilities
  • Manage a small team of Specialists within EMEA who support the full candidate to employee lifecycle
  • Be a key team-building leader and project manager that the team looks to for mentorship on a range of personal and professional challenges
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the EMEA HR Business Partner team and develop strong, proactive, and collaborative working relationships across the organization
  • Identifies opportunities to improve global processes, procedures, programs, and services with appropriate regional and country localizations that enhance the ability to manage workflows under the Global People Experience umbrella
  • Partners with Program Manager to lead or co-leads optimization projects
  • Manages sensitive issues requiring Tier 1 level escalation; Proactively engages other partners to inform decisions.
  • Assists in developing deliverables and monitoring status, including document creation, presentation preparation, logistical support, and HR intranet site management
  • Supports the analysis of People Activation and Enablement services and transactional data to identify ways to improve effectiveness and optimize for efficiency
  • Assists with training new and existing members of the team in support of a global shared services model
  • Participates as Global People Experience Operations representative on relevant programs and initiatives
  • Keeps current on relevant Global People Experience policies, systems, and procedures
