  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery manager (Product Owner, Project Management or Business Analysis)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good sales skill set
  • Quick thinking and ability to deal with a high volume of quick projects
  • Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details, and troubleshoot the problems
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in managing/coordinating Web development projects
  • Understanding the business policies and procedures

  • Experience with an account/project management tools, like Jira, MS Office, CRMs
  • Identify key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations
  • Manage client project portfolio (budgeting, resources planning, risk management, projects execution, etc.)
  • Coordinate resources, onboard project teams, and ensure effective completion of project milestones
  • Control project scope and mitigate risks, support all changes in the process to align with customer process
  • Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards
  • Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team
  • Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition
  • Ensure delivery processes are efficient, aligned with customer process and needs, and cost-effective
  • Evaluate incoming requests
  • Approve planned budget report with Account Director
  • Perform initial scoping, and analyze incoming requests for completeness for the production
  • Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction
  • Manage request changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Perform risk management
  • Perform priority management
  • Closely cooperate Account Manager to provide technical and quality expertise for the customer
  • Growth and develop customer's channels
  • Gather customer's evaluation of delivery service
