Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two to three years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist employees, visitors, candidates, and vendors entering the facility.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, route calls to the appropriate employee, and take and deliver messages as needed.
  • Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Maintain the visitor log and follow all visitor and facility access procedures.
  • Provide visitor badges, safety vests, safety glasses, and other required items in accordance with site procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and administrative area.
  • Assist job applicants who visit the facility with the application and hiring process.
  • Order and maintain office and facility supplies.
  • Review and edit labor entries in the enterprise resource planning system as needed.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of forms and administrative materials for employees.
  • Assist employees with computer-based training and provide basic support when needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule employee training with managers, including required company training such as ethics training.
  • Provide general administrative support to employees and managers as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle information in a professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
