- Around 3 years of hands-on cloud operations experience (infrastructure-focused, not just application-level cloud exposure).
- Strong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS, with openness to work with—and learn—the other cloud.
- Practical Kubernetes experience, ideally including cluster setup/management, Helm charts, and debugging workloads.
- Proficiency with Terraform and cloud CLIs; CloudFormation experience is a plus.
- CI/CD exposure; GitLab CI is a plus.
- Fluent in English. Fluency in German and/or Swedish is a plus.
- A team player who is humble, open-minded, flexible, and takes initiative.
- Self-management, drive, and a high level of technical curiosity; you enjoy engaging with consultants around you.
- Openness to learn and grow is essential, complemented by sufficient practical experience to contribute from day one.
- Someone with the ability to set up technical solutions the right way, use sensible technology and do away with legacy systems.
- Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure (networking, identity, security, compute, storage).
- Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS), create and maintain Helm charts, and perform operational tasks like debugging applications running in the cluster.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and cloud CLIs; familiarity with CloudFormation and its limitations (e.g., in Landing Zone Accelerator contexts) is a plus.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines; GitLab CI experience is a plus.
- Improve observability (logging, metrics, tracing) and reliability using SRE practices.
- Drive security, compliance, and cost optimization across multi-cloud environments.
- Collaborate in cross-functional projects that enhance our tech environment and internal processes.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Azure Administrator Associate (or similar).
- Experience with landing zone patterns (e.g., AWS Landing Zone Accelerator) and enterprise permission models.
- Experience with security, compliance, or cost optimization in multi-cloud environments.

Event AI Netlight Spirii On 11 June 2026, Lumina hosted an Energy Roundtable at Netlight's Copenhagen office together with Netlight and Spirii. The evening brought together people from across the energy sector for networking, knowledge sharing, and open discussion on how organisations are building the foundations, architecture, security, and operational capabilities needed to scale AI successfully. Keynote: building for AI. The programme opened with a keynote from Emilie Lundblad. Emilie shared practical insights into what it takes to build for AI and agents: from technical foundation and data infrastructure to orchestration, governance, and organisational readiness. The talk set a clear frame for the evening: a solid AI setup depends as much on architecture and culture as it does on models. Panel: How organisations should think differently about AI. A panel discussion followed, moderated by Jonas from Netlight. Panelists included Sofus Laub Erdal (CEO, Lumina), Tim Doolan (Cloud and Architecture Lead, Spirii), Christian Randløv Schmidt (Co-founder & CTO, Reel), and Mia Klit Jakobsen (Cybersecurity & Compliance, Clever). The conversation covered how hiring is changing in the age of AI, which frameworks still matter when code increasingly writes itself, and how to measure value creation against token costs. It perfectly captured the tension many teams face between capability and cost as AI becomes embedded in daily operations.
