Conduct 1:1’s with field team members
Collaborate with the Dental Support Specialist to ensure timesheets and expenses are approved according to company guidelines
Collaborate with the Clinical Support Managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained
Coordinate ongoing training for existing field team members with Dental Systems Trainer
Interview and participate in hiring process for new field team members
Remain accessible to field team members throughout the day
Perform other duties as necessary

The Position:

The Field Team Manageris responsible for supporting clinical field team members by ensuring they are meeting the expectations of their role through ongoing performance management, consistent feedback, and training (both initial and ongoing) of clinical field teams in their assigned market. The Field Team Manager works with Clinical Support Managers to ensure that customer needs are being met through efficient and customer-focused care.

Essential Duties:

Ongoing performance management of all direct reports

Physical Effort & Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
