Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
  • An active Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, and Microsoft Word.
Responsibilities
  • Optimize integrated product support through logistics supportability analysis and planning, supply chain resilience, and risk assessment.
  • Administer property systems, conduct physical inventories, ensure Government Furnished Property and Government Property compliance, track lifecycles, and perform audits.
  • Manage domestic and international shipments, Foreign Military Sales and property transfers, fleet operations, and supply chain security.
  • Coordinate with interagency stakeholders and manage vendor and contractor relations.
  • Lead the design and evaluation of long-range logistics strategies aligned with mission objectives.
  • Analyze and improve complex supply chain cost structures and service levels to optimize international asset networks.
  • Manage and maintain the Property Accountability System for an extensive portfolio of Government Furnished Property and Government Property, ensuring compliance with federal source documentation.
  • Assess global logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies and Continuity of Operations plans for government defense programs.
  • Facilitate alignment meetings with senior military leaders, government agencies, and defense contractor executives to review operations and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Generate weekly reports and presentations for senior agency leadership regarding funding allocation, global fielding, and asset transfers.
  • Lead, coordinate, and prepare critical documentation for fielding and transferring advanced satellite communications terminals and power systems to the U.S. military in strategic domestic and international environments.
  • Prepare executive briefings, develop policies, make strategic recommendations, and provide data-driven decision support.
