  • Oversee bankruptcy proceedings, including creditor negotiations, bankruptcy court hearings, and plan confirmations.
  • Advise on condemnation matters, including eminent domain proceedings, property valuations, and compensation negotiations.
  • Manage insurance claims and disputes, working closely with insurance carriers, brokers, and adjusters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to align legal strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board of directors on legal matters, risks, and strategies.
  • Stay current with developments in relevant legal fields and industry trends.
