Qualifications

• Provide training of staff on company/department processes

• Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training, and mentorship

• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff  

• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal. 

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills 

• Solar industry experience a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

•        Ensure alignment and creation of HR policies.

•        Serve as the owner of legal and compliance requirements for HR across the company.

•        Manage HR compliance training initiatives, ensuring employees are educated on legal obligations and company policies.

•        Oversee documentation related to employment eligibility and other compliance-related records.

•        Ensure compliance during termination and reduction activities, including the creation of policies and best practices.

•        Develop and implement severance terms and conditions in alignment with legal requirements.

•        Align strategies across the United States to promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

•        Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure policies are compliant and effective.

•        Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop, review, and finalize policies, ensuring consistency and adherence to legal requirements.

•        Analyze feedback from employee surveys for the company, to identify areas for improvement.

Experience

 •       Bachelor's degree or 7+ years work experience and 1 year of managerial experience
