About the Role

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is a confident and experienced member of the account management team, ready to implement and lead execution. The SAE serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful campaign execution and client expectations and satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily client communications, serving as a process and project steward.
Serve as the primary team interface with day-to-day clients and client internal stakeholders.
Anticipate client needs (short-term/long-term) and proactively addresses issues.
Lead client status calls and is accountable for client status reports and meeting recaps.
Manage day-to-day business by ensuring that work is done on time and on budget.
Prepare budgets and statement /scope of work plans.

What You’ll Need

2+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment.
Pharmaceutical agency experience required.
Analytical skills needed to identify problems and solutions.
Excellent communication and written skills, both internal and external.
All communication is succinct, and next steps are clear.
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task.
High attention to detail and can set priorities with ease.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
