Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a player/coach role leading a team of sales professionals in a software/SaaS organization
  • 10+ years experience in sales; identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale complex sales cycles
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives
  • Proven management skills including planning, negotiating, forecasting, organizing for results, hiring, leading and evaluating people
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and verbal/written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and grow the Enterprise Account Executive team
  • Expand the market share of Cohere by acquiring new customers and increasing account penetration of existing customers
  • Craft and execute a strategic vision to foster business growth
  • Evaluate team and individual performance, achieve revenue targets and company goals
  • Partner closely with teams across the organization, leadership teams, and channel partners
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and productivity
  • Drive and manage sales teams in the field, establish and maintain strong relationships with key client prospects
