Penn State New Kensington is seeking a Part-Time Alcohol Educator. The Part-Time Educator will interact with the student population at Penn State New Kensington to raise awareness for underage and high-risk drinking. Awareness will be raised through targeted programming, tabling, and outreach. The part-time educator will also create follow up assessments to gather feedback on certain programs.
The hired individual will work 15 hours per week during the academic year(August-May). The bulk of the hours worked will occur during normal working hours, but flexibility in hours is a plus due to the nature of the campus and some evening programming may occur. This is a grant funded position with funding for two years for 2025-2026.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree with a focus in health & wellness education, social work, public health, education, or other related fields.
