Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous client reporting experience is strongly preferred.
  • The candidate must be responsible, highly organized, detail oriented and efficient.
  • Previous experience using the Addepar platform is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills, both written and oral, are required.
  • The candidate should also have problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • A strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage various projects or tasks at once is also required.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to independently research and resolve issues.
  • The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in generating Excel spreadsheets and documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
  • Insight Reporting- produce and quality control consolidated reports for high-net-worth clients
  • Collaborate with Private Client Sales on new products launches and reporting enhancements
  • Partner with offshore team and learn all private client reporting processes and functions
  • Enhance all aspects of the client reporting experience including Bernstein.com
  • Daily, monthly and custom reporting
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing with respect to reporting requirements and changes
