Responsibilities
  • Provide a polished, professional welcome to all visitors.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails with confidence and clarity.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings using the UMA system.
  • Maintain immaculate reception, lobby, meeting room, and cloakroom areas.
  • Set up and reset meeting rooms, including manually handling tables, chairs, and partition walls.
  • Deliver audiovisual and technical support for meetings and events.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post.
  • Provide administrative support, including scanning and data collation.
  • Prepare and serve lunches and event catering to a high standard.
  • Maintain kitchen and pantry cleanliness, including operating the dishwasher and clearing service items.
  • Conduct weekly stock counts, place orders, and process invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, including maintaining fridge temperature logs.
