- Maintain immaculate reception, lobby, meeting room, and cloakroom areas.
- Set up and reset meeting rooms, including manually handling tables, chairs, and partition walls.
- Deliver audiovisual and technical support for meetings and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Provide administrative support, including scanning and data collation.
- Prepare and serve lunches and event catering to a high standard.
- Maintain kitchen and pantry cleanliness, including operating the dishwasher and clearing service items.
- Conduct weekly stock counts, place orders, and process invoices.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, including maintaining fridge temperature logs.
