WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The PACE Clinic Nurse provides direct and indirect nursing care to assigned patients in clinic or community setting. This role works under the supervision of the Clinic Manager but works independently in the application of advanced nursing knowledge and skills. The nurse manages complex clinical situations for which he/she is responsible.

• Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

• On call rotation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's Degree- Nursing/Patient Care - Required

• Bachelor's Degree- Nursing/Patient Care- Preferred

• 1 Year nursing/patient care with frail/elderly in an in-patient nursing or home health setting Experience - Required

• 2 Years Nursing Experience- Preferred

• Registered Nurse (RN)- State Licensing Board - Required

• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
