Requirements
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or a four-year high school diploma with four years of full-time experience in housing management
  • Experience in housing management at a development with at least 150 apartments
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in clerical, secretarial, receptionist, or accounting tasks is not acceptable
Responsibilities
  • Process lease renewals and recertifications
  • Perform income and employment verification
  • Investigate and verify participant information
  • Create and process payment adjustments
  • Inform participants of program rules and regulations
  • Review and process information requests and correspondences
  • Identify system issues and suggest enhancements
  • Perform other assigned duties
