  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of upper-level management experience

Responsibilities
  • Model outstanding service to clients, including superior written, verbal, and other communication skills
  • Identify team member strengths and areas for improvement in leadership and management skills
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimal service excellence
  • Interview, hire, and retain top-tier talent in a partnership with human resources to ensure staffing needs are met, turnover is controlled and decreasing year over year, and team members grow throughout the organization
  • On-board all team members to seamlessly integrate into the dynamic business environment while continuing to meet the business needs
  • Train operations team members to perform duties in a timely and accurate manner while auditing work to confirm quality and provide additional training as needed
  • Partner with operating owners and executive leadership to make operational decisions to benefit the dental
  • Understand, analyze, and action plan key performance metrics to successfully lead and grow the multi-unit business within an assigned territory
  • Review operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement corrective action as needed, while creating and executing long-term strategic plans
  • Partner with dedicated corporate departments and executive team members to design sustainable and scalable programs
  • Organize all projects, initiatives, and programs via project charters; share updates at regular and timely meetings while tailoring the message to specific audiences
  • Assess practice needs and strategically plan to make improvements
  • Hold team members accountable for annual training requirements, performance reviews, and other company requirements
Desired Qualifications
  • Healthcare field experience preferred
  • Dental office management experience preferred
  • Specialty knowledge, especially in Pediatric Dentistry, preferred
