Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed quotas of qualified pipeline, meetings, and activities
  • Rapidly engage and qualify inbound marketing generated leads
  • Provide an outstanding first impression as the first point of contact for our customers
  • Manage prospects from lead generation through demos with the ability to articulate the value proposition and navigate objections
  • Effectively manage your time and focus between Inbound leads and strategic Outbound efforts
  • Conduct daily activities via phone, email, social, etc
  • Build territory plans and detailed account-based sales strategies with Account Executives
  • Conduct web and phone-based introductory conversations, discovery sessions, and initial demos to drive prospect engagement
  • UseSalesforce.com to maintain and report on activities and metrics
  • Travel for team events, conferences, trade shows, and customers
  • Provide timely feedback to Marketing and leadership on effectiveness of messaging
  • Effectively work with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams to test product assumptions and provide a feedback loop from our customers
