Requirements
  • A master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area.
  • Must be fully licensed as an LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT, or have two years of Multisystemic Therapy experience.
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule and be available as needed to support therapists.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise up to two teams of two to four Multisystemic Therapy therapists.
  • Lead, train, and support Multisystemic Therapy teams through weekly group supervision and individual supervision when needed.
  • Facilitate adherence to Multisystemic Therapy principles and the analytic process, and competent implementation of interventions with family members and other treatment participants.
  • Create a supportive, collaborative team context in which therapists learn together and share responsibilities such as on-call coverage and learning about community resources.
  • Develop engagement and ongoing collaborative relationships with external community stakeholders and internal organizational stakeholders.
  • Promote the Multisystemic Therapy program in the community and generate program referrals.
  • Manage referrals to the program and clinician caseloads.
  • Plan and problem-solve with Multisystemic Therapy experts to guide effective implementation and ongoing program operation.
  • Collaborate with Multisystemic Therapy experts and organizational leadership to support supervisory, leadership, and clinical growth and development.
  • Manage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices.
  • Deliver Multisystemic Therapy treatment to a caseload of one to two families when needed.
  • Provide all services in a person-centered, trauma-informed manner.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Significant clinical experience treating serious antisocial behavior in youth.
  • Experience implementing interventions within or between systems in youths’ environments, including family, peer, school, and neighborhood systems.
  • Experience training and collaborating with outside agencies.
  • Experience with pragmatic family therapies, including structural, strategic, and functional approaches.
  • Experience providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults using cognitive behavioral techniques.
  • Experience providing marital therapy using behaviorally based approaches.
  • Experience providing behavioral therapy targeting school behavior and academic performance.
  • Experience providing group and individual clinical supervision.
  • Ability to work with and knowledge of a personal computer.
  • Ability to provide programmatic, financial, contract management, and quality assurance oversight for agency services.
