What You’ll Own
You are responsible for one thing: growing referrals.

Build and expand relationships with physicians, specialists, and medical offices
Execute consistent in-person visits across South Florida
Position our services in a way that drives patient referrals
Follow up with precision to convert relationships into volume
Open new referral channels in targeted specialties
Track performance and improve outreach strategy
Represent the brand at events and within the medical community

What Winning Looks Like

You generate consistent referral flow within your first 60–90 days
You become a known, trusted contact across your territory
You create long-term referral partnerships, not one-time conversations

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Experience in physician relations, healthcare liaison work, or medical sales
Proven ability to build referral relationships
Strong in-person communication and networking skills
Self-managed, disciplined, and results-driven
Comfortable working in the field daily
Reliable transportation
