  • Train on RAC Tools & Methods, including: RAC Introduction, RAC Methods, Zoom, Dashboard Management, Google Forms, Google Maps, Trello Basics, RAC CONNECT Surveys and Dashboards, US Resilience System, FULCRUM (if relevant), WhatsApp (if relevant)
  • Oversee customization and maintenance of the RAC ACHS web presence, including Grafton and Coös counties and associated data pages
  • Form collaborative partnerships
  • Convene meetings across stakeholder groups
  • Oversee work group formation and connect work groups to expertise or community resources if needed
  • Recruit members of an Outreach Teamwork Group
  • Help people register in Work Groups and to post in the Resilience System
  • Facilitate communications plan development by the Outreach Teamwork Group train community members on any of the following as needed: How to use the RAC Community Dashboard(s) prepared for your community, How to use Zoom How to register in the Resilience System, How to join a work group, How to post in a work group (text only, text with image, and text in a foreign language), How to use the maps created by the mapping team, How to work collaboratively on mapping while on Zoom with all participants shared into the map, How to add a location to the map and fill information into the pop-up box, How to change colors on the map according to the legend, How to insert URLs and citations into the pop-up boxes, How to customize icons, How to share a map, How to geocode data and import it into a Google map, Other mapping and technical skills as needed
  • Trust Network support and organization
  • Conduct Community Forums facilitated by existing Trust Network leadership
  • Facilitate Gap and Solution Analysis
  • Oversee Asset & Liability Mapping
  • Oversee all Survey Efforts, including supporting community dialogue about actions to take based on results
  • Provide skill set trainings as needed and mentor team members as they learn to use RAC tools
  • Use the Resilience System and affiliated dashboards and tools to research answers to questions the community has about the COVID-19 pandemic and best practices to support community resilience
