  • Become an expert on BigCommerce's developer community
  • Gather inputs from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Define and communicate business outcomes and performance metrics
  • Lead teams towards vision with effective delivery
  • Break complex projects into smaller projects adding customer value
  • Prepare comprehensive Epics & Stories for development teams
  • Collaborate with Product Design team for new features
  • Validate new functionality with customers before development
  • Demo new functionality to stakeholders and customers
  • Analyze product for improvements and optimization
