LegitScript Reports 137% Growth in Enterprise Certification as "Compliance-as-a-Service" Becomes the Foundation of Telehealth Infrastructure

LegitScript reports 137% growth in Enterprise Certification as "compliance-as-a-service" Becomes the foundation of Telehealth Infrastructure. Embedded compliance helps providers of telehealth infrastructure as a service (TIaaS) and advisory firms accelerate market entry, scale securely, and simplify advertising access and payment processing for telehealth platforms PORTLAND, Ore.-(BUSINESS WIRE)-LegitScript, the leader in merchant and product certification and monitoring, today announced a 137% year-over-year increase in adoption of its Enterprise Certification program, reflecting the skyrocketing demand for direct-to-consumer healthcare. With a growing need for a standardized layer of trust on telehealth platforms, a "Compliance-as-a-Service" model embeds certification directly into telehealth infrastructure rather than applying after launch. LegitScript Enterprise Certification helps partners solve the two biggest bottlenecks for new telehealth launches, advertising access and payment processing, creating a "ready-to-launch" workflow to drive revenue growth. Share LegitScript's traction comes as the industry gathers at ViVE 2026 in Los Angeles, where certification experts and executives will join global leaders in discussing the future of healthcare productivity, technology, and compliance. As the telehealth market accelerates toward an expected 25.8% CAGR, LegitScript's Enterprise Certification program growth is a response to the "Infrastructure Era" of telehealth. The market is now powered by complex, multi-layered technology platforms that require a standardized foundation of trust that supports compliance and establishes trust across advertising and payments networks. The Growth Engine: TIaaS and Strategic Advisories As demand continues to soar, Telehealth Infrastructure-as-a-Service (TIaaS) platforms have emerged as the digital backbone of virtual care. This core structure powers the clinical networks, tech stacks, and pharmacy integrations that enable providers to launch and scale care effectively. Strategic and operational advisory firms also play a vital role in guiding providers through a complex, integrated ecosystem. From boutique consultancies to global management firms, these experts are shaping the landscape and recommending LegitScript's Enterprise Certification as a non-negotiable step for operational excellence and compliance. "As telehealth matures, 'infrastructure architects' have become the foundation of virtual care. LegitScript's enterprise-level certification creates a rising tide of transparency and promotes digital health integrity across entire networks of providers," said Jaylene Kunze, Chief Operating & Financial Officer at LegitScript. "In addition to the provider level, compliance is increasingly being addressed at the infrastructure level as these platforms and advisory firms take on greater responsibility for launch readiness." Compliance as a Competitive Edge TIaaS providers are increasingly embedding LegitScript's Enterprise Certification directly into their onboarding workflows to differentiate their platforms and streamline compliance from the start. This "compliance-as-a-service" gives providers an accelerated path to market while upholding the rigorous standards required in today's regulatory environment. As a built-in enablement framework, LegitScript Enterprise Certification empowers clients to reduce activation barriers and begin generating revenue faster without compromising on compliance. "We partner with LegitScript because they set the industry standard for reliability. Navigating healthcare can be incredibly complex, but LegitScript understands this space deeply, allowing OpenLoop Health and our clients to maintain an unwavering commitment to compliance," said Jon Lensing, Chief Executive Officer at OpenLoop Health. Day-One Revenue & Speed-to-Market LegitScript Enterprise Certification helps partners solve the two biggest bottlenecks for new telehealth launches, advertising access and payment processing, creating a "ready-to-launch" workflow to drive revenue growth. Two additional LegitScript enterprise partners, Corepay and CareValidate, added their first-hand experience: "Partnering with LegitScript has strengthened Corepay's ability to support healthcare providers, including pharmacies and med-spas as they navigate a dynamic regulatory landscape," said Rob Bast, Chief Sales Officer at Corepay. "Our purpose-built payment ecosystem ensures merchants are properly coded and fully compliant with card brand requirements. By integrating directly with EHR systems and offering agnostic tokenization, we unify clinical workflows with secure infrastructure. This allows providers to focus on patient care while we deliver a reliable foundation for compliant merchant processing and long-term sustainable growth." "By embedding LegitScript into our onboarding, our clients achieve speed-to-market that was previously impossible," said Brian Conyer, Chief Commercial Officer at CareValidate, a leading white-label digital health platform powering telehealth businesses. "It eliminates the traditional three- to six-month compliance lag, enabling immediate access to advertise on major advertising platforms and payment processing." Visit LegitScript at ViVE Booth 1142, February 22-25 in Los Angeles, for a Compliance Strategy Session.
