Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in a finance department, preferably in the Financial Services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Must have the ability to execute multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all employees
  • Proactive, assertive, and creative approach to problem solving
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and management inquiries
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
