  • many years of professional experience in managing global accounts in the field of digital experience with six-figure annual budgets and higher
  • experience in managing and developing teams, showing empathy and understanding on how team members can improve and overcome challenges
  • driven by insights and analyses, building strategies comprehensively and logically on them
  • very good understanding of digital experience mechanisms
  • enjoy providing strategic advice to clients and successful at selling expertise profitably
  • previous experience having worked with agencies, with tech agencies as a plus
  • enthusiastic about current digital industry discussions and trends
  • experience with technology environments and possess a high level understanding of Platform and UX and UI Design
  • able to present complex strategic ideas clearly on slides
  • can give clear instructions for future actions due to a very good understanding of reporting and analysis
  • professional working proficiency in German with excellent English skills, capable of working with clients in German
Responsibilities
  • lead a team of account managers and help them to develop and extend their skillset as well as overcoming challenges in their day to day work
  • work closely with the Head of Consulting and Director Strategy & Consulting to achieve the yearly goals on existing clients
  • have overall responsibility for the clients, responsible for the success of the collaboration and the expansion of the sales volume
  • monitor the performance of the customer's products and KPIs (e.g. data dashboards), taking measures for optimization if required
  • responsible for the client satisfaction of accounts
  • pro-actively initiate and drive strategic and sustainable customer development through appropriate formats
  • gain an overview of clients' stakeholder landscape and maintain a regular exchange with relevant stakeholders
  • ask the right questions at the customer to open up new business areas
  • give individual client presentations and hold regular quarterly and annual planning meetings
  • present work internally and externally
