Responsibilities
  • Own the onboarding and implementation process for new customers
  • Improve the onboarding process to shorten the time to value
  • Provide ongoing strategy and guidance to customers
  • Help brands surpass their AI automation goals
  • Create processes and playbooks for the Customer Success function
  • Educate customers through strategy sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Contribute to internal and external Knowledge Bases
  • Capture feedback, product requests, and new pain points from customers
  • Engage with customers via the private Slack community
