Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree is required with at least three years work experience in accounting, budget execution, information technology, financial system requirements and analysis, financial planning and reporting, auditing, and internal financial controls
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power Point) and related tools and technology required for the position
  • Work shall be conducted at the CONUS/OCONUS location in Seattle, WA
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” by the US Government’s designated Security Office
  • The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined

Responsibilities
  • Provide management and technical direction to program personnel and regularly exercise independent judgment in solving complex technical, administrative and managerial problems
  • Be responsible for all aspects of program performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial)
  • Manage all aspects of program activity
  • Provide technical and financial reports to show progress to Corporate management and customers
  • Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations
  • Assume the initiative and provide support to Corporate management in identifying future requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a Program Management Plan that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the Program
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution of assigned work functions
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas including information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support
  • Have advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have strong presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing to support a myriad of standard services required across the Department
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with the Federal Managers’ Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) is preferred
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years
  • Security Clearance is a valued asset for engagement
