Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in the professional world serving as a scheduler, logistician and/or security representative.
  • Experience performing requirements compliance evaluations and procedural implementation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Adobe suite of products.
  • Experience shipping and receiving administration and management.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities
  • Follow work processes with minimal direction and exercise independent judgment within generally defined practices and policies.
  • Significant communication with customers and functional peer groups.
  • Facility scheduling, logistics of vessels, freight, personnel and equipment management.
  • Administration of access control and physical security and management of records.
  • Manage and administer classified and unclassified property and inventory, including customer purchasing assistance and research.
  • Participation in data calls and work within classified and unclassified networks using SIPR and NIPR.
  • Research and evaluation of standards and requirements in association to implementation of procedures and compliance.

  • Ability to drive and dock small boats in varying weather conditions as well as deckhand when needed, or willing to learn.
