Requirements
  • 15 years professional experience in program/project management
  • 10 years of experience managing a large contract/task order providing enterprise network, IT, and/or cyber support services
  • At least 5 years demonstrated experience supporting a DoD C4 environment consisting of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SAN, and virtualized systems
  • Ability to drive accountability and build trust across technical and non-technical teams
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • IAT level III
  • ITIL v3 Foundation
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Responsibilities
  • Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of all contract tasking
  • Serve as the Government’s primary point-of-contact and provide technical supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to support the customer
  • Manage program budget, staffing, and contracting activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and fiscal responsibility
  • Lead, coordinate, and integrate all aspects of the program to ensure alignment with customer priorities and delivering overall program success, including the development and maintenance of strategic and operational plans for the management and defense of the customer’s enterprise network
  • Coordinate with Technical Leads and technical teams operating and securing tier 2 and 3 network boundaries, including firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, enterprise virtual server infrastructure, storage area networks, and messaging environments
  • Oversee technical teams providing cybersecurity support, including incident detection and response, vulnerability management, and compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives, track program progress and metrics, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience serving as program manager for a Marine Corps or Navy contract for enterprise network and IT services
  • Experience providing 24x7x365 support for an enterprise network environment across multiple domains
  • Demonstrated success in managing geographically dispersed teams and resources in a mission-critical environment
  • Experience providing strategic planning for complex enterprise IT programs
