Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience exceeding goals in a quota carrying prospecting and/or closing sales role
  • 1+ year(s) of experience directly managing is encouraged (SaaS is preferred)
  • Proven experience – and passion for – coaching, motivating, and growing the ability of those around you
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly identify problems and come up with solutions
  • Comfortable with defining goals, success factors, key metrics for programs, and delivering against them
  • Strong experience running experiments (A/B testing methodology) in order to continuously improve processes
  • Strong knowledge of BDR efficiency tools – SFDC, Outreach, 6sense and others
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train and lead a world class team of Outbound Business Development Representatives
  • Manage day to day operations (teaching, coaching, fixing bottlenecks)
  • Create new trainings to teach our team new skills that will help them succeed in this role and in their career
  • Be very comfortable in the ability to use data to back decisions and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze the BDR processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success
  • Inspire and motivate the team to create an environment of openness, creativity, comfortability, and continuous improvement
  • Work cross functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing and other areas of the business
