Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have:

1) In-depth knowledge of ALTCS medical eligibility criteria
2) Experience with ALTCS PAS assessments
3) Understanding of Medicaid/ALTCS rules and clinical documentation

Requirements:

Valid AZ Nursing License- LPN

2+ years of experience working with elderly population

Has a patient centered apporach to patient education

Direct Experience with ALTCS Eligibility (PAS) assessments
