About the Job:
The Sales Executive will be selling the suite of Brightmine solutions effectively in order to achieve individual and team objectives. As well as needing to prospect effectively to generate your own opportunities, your ability to deliver will be boosted by the number of qualified marketing leads which you’ll receive each week.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Generating new business opportunities across your designated sales territory, through acting on qualified leads in a timely manner alongside prospecting within your vertical markets.
- Identifying, building and developing relationships with key decision makers, establishing a network of contacts within prospects.
- Engaging prospects in a detailed discovery process to identify relevant solutions, presenting Brightmine as a partner of choice, able to solve the customer’s challenges and meet or deliver on their People Strategy.
- Effectively selling via the BrightmineSelling methodology in order to achieve revenue and (Key Performance Objective) KPO targets.
- Selling multiple products across the Brightmine portfolio.
- Negotiating effectively with customers, following agreed guidelines.
- Monitoring a range of information sources on a regular basis to stay in touch with our markets, identify self-generated leads and to keep abreast of latest industry news.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in Sales or Business.
- 2+ years of new business sales experience.
- Excellent solution sales skills, with a proven track record of effectively selling over the telephone and face to face.
- Great team player and people-orientated with excellent listening and communication skills.
- Able to build relationships, with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Good time management techniques.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Illinois.$64,200.00 - $107,100.00RELX offers several health, protection, retirement, financial and wellbeing coverage options, as well as time away from work, so that you can choose benefits that fit your life—wherever you are.
