  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Industry experience with electrical equipment, panel-building switchgear, motor control center panels, or control cabinets is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and layout drawings.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.
  • Experience with industrial control panels or electrical cabinet assembly.
  • Ability to maintain precision, quality workmanship, and focus during repetitive work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and exact specifications without shortcuts.
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly, stand and bend, work for extended periods, and perform detailed manual tasks in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical control cabinets and panels according to engineering drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Install components such as relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and wiring.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and layout drawings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.
  • Route, label, and terminate wires accurately for complex wiring tasks.
  • Install relays, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks in the correct locations.
  • Maintain consistent quality standards to protect electrical functionality and safety.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or a similar manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Industry experience with electrical equipment, panel-building switchgear, motor control center panels, or control cabinets.
