Responsibilities
  • Build an SMB sales machine that can achieve $10M in 2025.
  • Lead and scale outbound sales organization by adding/maintaining strong performance management and hiring/training capable SDRs/AEs, while achieving bookings goals and improving performance per rep
  • Create playbooks for each sales motion and customer segment below that can scale efficiently and effectively
