Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Colorado Christian University's mission by providing excellent operational and administrative support to students as a supporting member of a Christ-centered team.
  • Establish and strengthen transportation systems, processes, and procedures to support efficient, safe, and sustainable University operations.
  • Coordinate transportation services, including scheduling, driver oversight, fleet maintenance, vehicle usage, charters, and related policy and operational support.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Campus Ministries and Campus Activities offices, including updating chapel attendance, ordering supplies, processing reimbursements, check requests, direct pays, supervising student employees, and completing credit card reconciliations in accordance with University procedures.
Desired Qualifications
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common workplace applications is preferred.
  • Prior experience with similar software systems or platforms is beneficial.
  • A commercial driver's license is a plus.
