Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales enablement, sales operations, project management or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in sales enablement practices.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the sales and CX teams in achieving their revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Host weekly enablement sessions for different revenue teams.
  • Create and curate sales enablement content, including sales collateral, playbooks, training materials, and presentations, that effectively communicates the value proposition of Boulevards solution.
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the sales and CX teams, and develop tailored training programs to address these gaps.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars on product features, competitive positioning, sales methodologies, and objection handling.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including win rates, sales cycle length, and quota attainment, to identify areas for improvement and inform sales enablement priorities.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure alignment between sales and marketing messaging, content, and campaigns, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing assets in driving sales opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing development of sales and CX team members by providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Utilize tools and AI capabilities for data and detail-driven decision-making on focus areas for enablement
