Requirements
  • Experience building something from zero at a venture-backed startup, as a founder, or in a high-growth company with founder-like ownership.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to define roadmaps, find solutions independently, and operate with extreme ownership.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and build the next compounding growth loop end to end, including supplier referrals, community effects, and embedded workflows.
  • Build a technical search engine optimization and AI-search engine to create scalable pipeline from industrial procurement queries.
  • Conceptualize and ship product-led experiences that create user acquisition without proportional sales investment, bridging product and revenue.
  • Run the 0-to-1 process from ideation and prototyping through validation and scaling, rapidly stopping ineffective initiatives and expanding successful ones.
  • Define strategy with the founders and spend most of the role building.
