Requirements
  • US Citizenship required due to contract requirements.
  • Technical degree or professional experience equivalent required, computer science or networking degrees ideal.
  • Experience deploying solutions on a distributed architecture.
  • Ability to quickly understand and troubleshoot complex networking requirements and software applications.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to effectively interface with both external customers and internal management.
  • Comfortable with travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
  • Helping clients understand our product's technical features and how to use it, as well as accurately specifying networking needs.
  • Coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing timelines, and ensuring processes are followed and deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Ensuring customers are satisfied, conducting regular business reviews to ensure success and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Collate data and report on current progress across multiple projects.
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues before they impact the client.
  • Articulating complex technical topics, diplomatically addressing customer concerns, and providing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Travel as required to conduct and assist in deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting and operational needs.
  • Provide support to internal Solutions Architects, Sales Managers, and Support Personnel when your expertise is needed.
