  • Exhibits curiosity in the product ecosystem as well as the teams that make up Netflix Studio; builds a network that can be tapped into to drive innovation
  • Has experience with Google Workspace apps and is comfortable learning new software (such as the tools listed above)

  • Build relationships with internal and external partners who help manage the tools our team uses to get work done. Along with a learning management system (Docebo) where we store educational materials, we use these tools to accomplish (in parentheses we include the applications we use today as examples; there is not an expectation you are an expert in any of these tools on day 1):
  • - Project management (Monday.com)
  • - File & information storage/organization (Zendesk, Google, Coda.io)
  • - Internal event registration (PlusPlus)
  • - Email campaigns (Mailchimp)
  • - Collaboration with internal partner teams (Jira)
  • Serve as an admin for the above-mentioned tools by assisting & monitoring our teams usage of them and attending meetings where youll represent our requests and return with relevant updates
  • Audit the age of training assets and coordinate the updating of outdated materials
  • Coordinate & monitor the localization of assets we do this in partnership with an internal team who helps us translate our materials from English to 12+ languages
  • Reinforce & templatize pre-existing team workflows, and propose new methods to help us adapt in our dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Author & maintain procedural documentation to centralize operational workflows for our team
  • Investigate & socialize potential solutions when team workflows may be blocked or stalling
  • Organize team events to increase education & adoption for new Studio initiatives, e.g. updated branding guidance or training on an internally-used application
Desired Qualifications
  • An ideal candidate may possess some/all of the following:
  • A strong understanding of studio/production workflows and the entertainment industry in general
  • Interest in metrics/analytics
  • Light coding experience (in HTML, JavaScript, or SQL, as examples)
  • Light graphic design experience to apply Netflix branding guidelines to our work and assets
