Requirements
  • Two to four years of experience as a systems integration technician.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Electro-mechanical aptitude.
  • Understanding of relay logic.
  • Basic networking skills.
Responsibilities
  • Install access control, closed-circuit television, intrusion detection, intercom, emergency phone, and parking revenue systems.
  • Interact with customers, vendors, and other contractors on-site to coordinate successful installations.
  • Drive to jobsites, assess customers' installation or service and repair needs, and complete product repairs to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Seek and promote business opportunities for service, sales, and preventative maintenance contracts, and acquire knowledge of all products.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure the job site is clean and clear of debris at the end of each workday.
  • Complete job tickets and timesheets so tickets are processed promptly and timesheets reach the payroll department before the cutoff.
  • Complete jobs and collect cash on delivery payments when applicable; contact management if collection problems or scope-of-work changes occur.
  • Maintain truck inventory and understand all parts, part numbers, and part descriptions.
  • Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime, weekend work, and emergency on-call rotations as required by field projects.

  • Two to four years of experience as a systems integration technician with high programming knowledge preferred.
