  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams
  • Proven track record of designing and building extensible business process frameworks for enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience managing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time
  • 5+ years as Product Manager supporting platform features for cloud-based enterprise software
  • 2+ years experience with defining requirements for APIs and integrations
  • 2+ years of experience developing solutions under the agile development methodology
Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic direction of platform priorities and roadmap.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize the feature backlog.
  • Be an active member of the platform scrum team and collaborate with other product managers to support platform-related requirements for other products.
  • Work with technical architects to ensure the platform meets security, scalability, resiliency, and performance requirements.
  • Own outbound GTM/NPI activities and deliverables, including product release notes, launch materials, and demos with marketing and pre-sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful customer adoption, support pre-sales activities, and address customer implementation questions.
