Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; MBA preferred
10+ years collective experience a finance leader in SaaS firm(s) through all phases of growth up to $100M ARR
Previous experience leading funding and M&A including at least one sale/divestiture; IPO, experience with both bootstrapped and institutionally-backed (VC/PE) companies preferred
Previous CFO experience, with extensive SaaS experience and a strong understanding of cloud-based software and software-as-a-service (SaaS) business models, metrics, analytics, and accounting
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
Financial Systems: extensive experience with implementation, enhancement, and automation of financial systems, tools, and processes
Excellent track record as a leader and coach
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation, decision-making & project management skills
Experience and interest to work in an environment that has a high level of intensity and fast pace to support the needs of a rapidly growing business

Responsibilities

Motivate and lead the finance/accounting teams in our high growth environment
Build and maintain sophisticated cash flow and GAAP-compliant budget models
Lead pricing and contracting to drive business value
Work closely with the CEO on board relations
Oversee legal matters and managing outside counsel
Responsible for setting appropriate SaaS KPIs, measuring progress and driving accountability for results
Demonstrate flexibility and an ability to handle multiple projects at one time while maintaining incredible attention to detail
Maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Exercise good judgment and keep sensitive information confidential
Deliver consistently excellent customer service to internal/external customers, colleagues and management
