Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree within a business-related field
  • Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Practical, developed PC skills, especially Excel and Word
  • Basic math competencies
  • Work management skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
Responsibilities
  • Learning various underwriting principles and procedures including how to evaluate risk for renewals and new business for employer sponsored healthcare
  • Assisting in financial analysis around benefit designs for customers
  • Reporting
  • Collaborating with Sales & Account Management teams on pricing negotiations
  • Assisting with completion of financial settlements
