The Clearco Product team is growing! We are looking for a sharp Technical Product Manager to help us drive Enterprise developments using best practices from the industry. You’ll find a good fit here if you care deeply about implementing roadmaps to help serve our internal stakeholders.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Building and nurturing relationships with the Data and Engineering teams on technical details, understanding the implications of certain decisions, and trade-offs in terms of complexity, depth or even timelines
• Collaborate daily with business, product, and engineering leaders to drive Enterprise developments in areas related to resilience, reliability, and core infrastructure
• Prioritize and sequence deliverables using matrices, product roadmaps and release timelines to support the growth of Clearco’s products and business units
• Manage Clearco’s cross team dependencies and deliverables, ensuring no nuance is overlooked while always seeking opportunities for simplification between products and infrastructure
• Understanding Clearco’s shared services and aligning product lines 
• Taking ownership of all common product elements 
• Distilling very technical concepts to business users and vice versa
• Defining and measuring key performance indicators to evaluate and understand product value

You will thrive if you:

• Have 3-5+ years of demonstrated success in Product Management roles at high-tech and/or SaaS software companies
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Engineering or related field of study 
• Can manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders by effectively prioritizing resources, working, and negotiating product/project needs
• Are data-driven, customer-obsessed, and can rally a team 
• Have a growth background with an experimentation mindset
• Are an excellent communicator with a collaborative attitude
• Are able to present digestible information to stakeholders
• Love keeping up to date with new and upcoming data technologies
• Experience with Salesforce
