  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Product Manager role at a technology company
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, market offerings, competitive position and feature requirements and business model
  • Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Training and presentation experience with stakeholders or coworkers
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders to deliver high profile product features
  • Ability to deliver projects quickly, reacting to tactical high impact changes that require strategic solutions
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in instructional writing and technical writing
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft/Google products, Jira & Confluence
  • Bonus Points For: UCaaS CCaaS or CRM experience, Scrum, Kanban, Agile certifications, First-hand QA/QE experience and/or software engineer/software developer experience, Master’s Degree in any related field
  • Developing and harvesting product ideas by processing customer and user needs
  • Prioritizing the feature backlog by keeping in mind the bigger business objectives
  • Successful execution, delivery, and adoption of the product(s) and features
  • Acting as the point person for the Business, Development Teams, and the UX Teams
  • Actively getting involved with product planning, UX Research, and Design
  • Writing clear and detailed product initiatives, features/Epics, stories, design requests, and bug tickets within Jira for developers, product designers, QA/QE team members
  • Attending or leading meetings and refinement/grooming sessions for product feature stakeholders
  • Participating in ideation and discovery sessions for product initiatives and features
  • Reviewing and including NPS, customer feedback via Pendo, customer escalations, partner suggestions into dev team’s backlogs
  • Identifying and communicating potential issues with priorities or sprints to product leadership
  • Collaborating and communicating with other product managers at Nextiva to ensure everyone is aware of dev teams’ efforts
  • Keeping the Product marketing team in the loop on product releases
  • Working closely with Customer support; helping write how-to articles and run book creation
  • Supporting internal and external training efforts
  • Being a self-starter
