Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an IT Specialist or related role.
- Experience with support and administration of computers and other hardware assets.
- Strong working knowledge of both the MacOS and Windows ecosystem
- Experience managing multiple software and hardware applications in a tech company environment
- Experience with remotely supporting, installing, configuring and troubleshooting different applications
- Knowledge and application of IT security best practices
- Experience starting and maintaining IT inventory and automated IT processes
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different departments to establish and support IT systems and processes for the organization.
- Effectively provide technical support to all staff whenever needed
- Maintain our Windows and macOS laptops and Mobile Device support
- Administration and automation of user-level access to applications during the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Drive security efforts while communicating potential gaps in an efficient, timely manner
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues while maintaining our internal IT support ticketing systems
- Handle purchasing and setup of hardware, and be responsible for keeping track of hardware inventory
- Identify and install necessary updates and upgrades to company software and hardware while looking for improvements to these processes
