Responsibilities
  • Deliver the annual net revenue plan for a select group of portfolio priorities and brands (Multipack & Permissible)
  • Develops winning relationships with all marketing teams
  • Manage and lead the development of all end-to-end brand commercial selling elements for innovation and activation
  • Lead the cross-functional wiring of all commercial initiatives and serve as primary point-of-contract for Multipack and Permissible marketing teams on commercial needs
  • Deliver the in-year and the 3-2-1 innovation plan for the Multipack and Permissible platforms
  • Ensure seamless coordination of end-to-end timelines/processes for innovation launches and LIO/TPO actions
  • Lead the end-to-end commercialization of Multipack and Permissible commercial strategic projects for horizon 1 and 2
  • Lead 1-2 transform projects across commercial space (e.g., digitization, capability building, etc.)
  • Remain flexible as commercial needs arise to troubleshoot and solve immediate business needs to ensure flawless in-market excellence
  • Lead the convergence of the annual innovation strategy and plan from an end-to-end perspective ensuring guardrails are met, space plan is adequate, and other key objectives
