  • Minimum of 7 years of experience (10+ preferred) in healthcare or platform product management with proven ability to improve health outcomes and increase meaningful engagement of providers.
  • Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical competencies in healthcare businesses with complex, highly regulated workflows. Basic SQL query skills a plus.
  • Salesforce Service, Salesforce (Community) Experience Cloud, and Microsoft Power BI a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experts across Interwell Health: Work closely with experts, including provider operations, risk/quality, marketing, legal, compliance, privacy, and fellow product managers to identify the highest impact opportunities to engage with our network nephrology practices.
  • Lead Product Development: Lead product roadmap, prioritization, development and refinement in an agile environment. Activities include including market analysis, ideation, concept development, prototyping, requirements definition, development, testing, go-to-market and ongoing support.
  • Turn Data-Driven Insights into Action: Utilize data and user research to inform and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness for nephrologists through omnichannel engagement at the appropriate time with a relevant message.
