Project Manager

Constellation1 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of complex projects, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and the timely resolution of client issues including data compliance and application upgrades. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, R&D, and Client Success to achieve business objectives. The PM works with various internal teams to put together effective project plans, including goals, timelines, problem resolutions and resource coordination. This role requires excellent project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven track record in customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive onboarding of requested listing, public record, and other data feeds for all existing Clients and deliver a highly organized approach with detailed goals, timelines, processes and responsibilities.

• Manage simultaneous projects at one time, balancing priorities of business results, Client satisfaction, and implementation quality

• Learn Client’s business applications to the degree of being conversant in their functions

• Hold regular Client review meetings and measure Client satisfaction levels.

• Develop, organize, distribute, collect and report on semi-annual Client satisfaction surveys

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed to ensure a complete, on-time and successful implementation of additional Client requested data, services, and products

• Create and distribute status reports to Clients and internal stakeholders on projects in production

• Report on success metrics, including Client satisfaction, ROI and potential business opportunities

• Promote a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image

• Travel within the United States (under 10% travel)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• PMP certification and Agile experience is a plus

• Real estate technology and/or experience with MLS is a plus

• Ability to work across multiple internal groups and internal business units

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Bachelor of Science Degree

• 5 years of experience years of customer success and/or project management, ideally in a SaaS environment

• Highly organized and success-driven with strong presentation skills

• Excellent project management skills with an emphasis on attention to detail, timelines, and quality of work

• Works well in a collaborative team environment

CWSExemptThe estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan.
