Location: Louisville, KY

Salary: $26.44 - $30.00/hr

The Hospitality Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high touch service within a select portfolio of properties.  The Ambassador will be expected to increase the level of engagement and partnership between JLL, our client service partners and key stakeholders to provide superior service delivery while enhancing their individual personal and professional skills.  

Key roles and responsibility are outlined in the full job description, but include:

• Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of service areas to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies and regulations, and performance metrics to ensure flawless execution and stable service delivery for the Client
• Support data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with the Clients’ goals and objectives
• Strives to improve service performance
• Works collaboratively within the account team in the delivery of the services across all business lines
• Intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns and exceeding client expectations
• Builds meaningful lasting relationships with Client employees and guests, carrying a hospitality calling card
• Reception duties
  • Greet & sign in visitors
  • Escort visitors to conference rooms
• Security liaison
  • Maintain internal protocols
  • Print and distribute badges
• Mail
  • Deliver and sort to copy room
• Minor AV trouble shooting
• Help setting up for large events and support in planning
• Supply ordering and stocking
• Reset conference rooms and tidy
• Maintain kitchen and coffee stations. Stock, tidy and empty/load dishwasher
• Keep workstations neat
